When do restocking fees apply?
The entire staff at The Cookie Garden is dedicated to making your experience with us the best one possible. If your gift is damaged during delivery, contact us within three days of receipt of the product and we will immediately replace the item.
Should a problem occur with the personalisation, contact us within three days of receipt of the product. If our artists have made an error, we will immediately replace your gift if you send the item back for us to correct the personalisation.
Regretfully, we cannot arrange a resend of a new gift to you if the original gift is disposed of, thereby making them unavailable for us to assess the cause of the problem.
Should you need to cancel your order, money will be refunded less a $15 administrative fee, ONLY IF notice is received by The Cookie Garden 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations received with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at 50% of the total order value. We are unable to cancel orders that are already prepared and are with our courier for delivery.
As each cookie gift is unique, so too, are your special requirements and concerns surrounding your order. For that reason, we ask that you please call our Customer Service Department on (07) 3847 8262 to discuss any queries or concerns you may have in relation to your Cookie Garden gift sent or received. A number of resolutions may be available to you and are subject to your particular situation.
Note: All refunds for orders placed online or over the telephone are credited back the original credit card on which the order was purchased.
When do restocking fees apply?
A restocking/redirection fee applies to packages returned to us because an incorrect address was provided, or in the rare instances when all three delivery attempts are unsuccessful. The fee is assessed to cover the shipping charges we accrue when your order is returned to The Cookie Garden.
