Delivery
IMPORTANT NOTE
As outlined below, unfortunately we cannot accept a specific delivery time (e.g. 2:30pm). However, deliveries will be made to most business addresses by 5.30pm and residential addresses by 7.00pm. If it's important for your gift to arrive before 5pm or before midday etc, please ensure you indicate this in the shipping details of your order and we will contact you to discuss if it is possible. Nationwide Shipping
The Cookie Garden’s gifts are shipped year-round throughout Australia. Though we do not deliver outside Australia, we can take orders from anywhere in the world for delivery within Australia.
Orders should be placed before 10am AEST for delivery schedule to apply. Delivery is available within most suburbs throughout the following areas, although some country regions will be to depot only.

Important Note:
We believe that we have aligned ourselves with excellent delivery partners, but there may be times when, despite their best efforts, parcels are delayed in the delivery process. We will always endeavour to work with our delivery partners to ensure prompt arrival of your products. We do not accept responsibility for these unforeseen circumstances and delivery charges are non-refundable.
We will make every effort to track your order to ensure delivery is made and we will seek to email you a confirmation of delivery as soon as we have been advised that delivery has been made.
Specific Delivery Times
Please note that we cannot accept a specific delivery time (e.g. 2:30pm), however, deliveries will be made to most business addresses by 5.30pm and residential addresses by 7.00pm.
Recipient not at home
If no-one is at the given address to receive the delivery, our courier will leave a card requesting the recipient contact us on (07) 3847 8262 to arrange a new delivery time. We will do our best to return to the address the same day, however, an additional delivery charge may apply.
Friday orders
We do not do weekend deliveries. Orders placed BEFORE 10AM AEST on a Friday will be delivered in accordance with the delivery schedule above.
Orders placed AFTER 10AM AEST on Friday will not be produced and dispatched until the next business day*, for delivery in accordance with the delivery schedule above.
PLEASE CONSIDER USING OUR SAME DAY SERVICE FOR BRISBANE DELIVERIES.
*If Monday is a public holiday - on Tuesday.
Payment
Purchasing online with your credit card is the simplest and most convenient way of shopping. Simply fill in your details and we bill the purchase to your account. The Cookie Garden accepts all major credit cards: VISA, AMEX, and MasterCard.

Tax Invoice
At the end of the payment process you will be presented with a confirmation screen containing your receipt number. This page can be printed for your reference. You will also be sent an email confirming this receipt number as soon as your order has been finalised.
